GB Sat. BEST EVER!!
"Mar. 25 ordered the tickets and paid extra to have physical tickets mailed. Only got the tickets have been printed confirmation. Back and forth with Ticketmaster, BOA Stadium, and Panthers employees up until day of trying to straighten everything out. A lot, however, they did help however they placed the tickets at Will Call and couldn't actually mail them or let me print them. The day before they called and offered mobile delivery and that would've been a load off trying to get Will Call and hoping after paying for parking and such. Couldn't be fixed so back to Will Call. They had to search for a while at Will Call, but they finally found them. Hallelujah almost because when trying to scan them only one would scan. It took a few managers to enter everything by hand because the bar code was printed too far to the side. Eventually we got in, thank God, and it was the best!! They called the day before and offered mobile delivery and that would've been a load off trying to get Will Call and hoping after paying for parking and such. The mobile tickets didn't have a barcode and couldn't be fixed so back to Will Call. If only they had actually mailed the tickets in the first place, it would have been so much less worry and stress until the tickets were in hand."
